Before departing, the Weaver Star Fairy handed Zhu Minglang an interesting magical artifact called the Yunling Flute.
By playing a specific melody on it, celestial spirits would gather from all directions in the skies. Its principle was similar to the Fog Sea Immortal Bridge of the Southern Heavenly Palace, greatly saving travel time.
Tianheng Valley was quite distant. Without the Yunling Flute, even riding Little Glutton to soar through the clouds and mist would have taken Zhu Minglang a good month to reach.
With the Yunling Flute, however, Zhu Minglang took only seven days to traverse Kang Constellation and arrive at the eastern border of Jun Tian.
It was here that Zhu Minglang learned that Tianheng Valley was not fixed in one location.
This unique spatial rift shifted locations and could simultaneously appear in several places—all of which might be spread across several sky fields.
