Synopsis: A huge spider-man marvel fan transmigrates into the body of Bruce Wayne in a DC world when Bruce Wayne is making his debut as Batman for the first time.
Armed with all the knowledge acquired and training under various masters and experts Bruce Wayne did on his journey to becoming Batman plus a golden finger or fingers in the form of spider powers from Peter Parker (the other), Miles Morales, and Cindy Moon, watch as he becomes Gotham's best.
Has complete knowledge of both lives (from his past life's birth all the way to his death with everything in-between like marvel and DC comics etc. to his next life's (Bruce Wayne's) birth all the way up to the point in which he transmigrated and remembered everything) and protection from telepathy, mind control, body possession and cloning etc. (only those protection and immunity from bad things as extra perks/gifts by the O.B. that transmigrated him.)
His suit will be like all batsuits of comics, games (like the Arkam Knight suit) but with a spider added to the middle of the bat symbol. Or it will be a spider-man suit with the spider symbol only but with a touch of batman arkham knight armor suit asthetic appeal added to it.
Average spider abilities every spider-totem possesses:
- superhuman strength (lift 10 tons minimum in the beginning)
- wall crawling (electrostatic forces)
- superhuman agility, reflexes, and stamina
- enhanced speed (could run ~60mph minimum), durability, vision & senses, resilience and metabolism
- arachnofrequency (danger sense aka. spidey sense)
- accelerated healing
Abilities Peter Parker gained from the Other:
- developed night vision
- retractable stingers (bone like protrusions that emerge from the wrists and can paralyze enemies with neurotoxin
- spider communication (can communicate with and influence spiders)
- shadow stealth (an increased ability to blend into shadows). A passive subconscious ability
- increased awareness (to the point of sensing threats like Morlun - beings like the inheritors that were practically invisible to spider-totems that only a few like Madame Web and Ezekiel could vaguely sense them, every other spider-totem weren't given useful warnings or even warnings at all). A spiritual awareness beyond arachnofrequency (spidey sense) that let him sense inheritors.
- vibration sensitivity (through his webs. Can sense movement from anything that comes in contact with his webs
Abilities Miles Morales has that other totems don't:
- Can camouflage with the environment. Great for stealth.
- Can generate and manipulate bio-electricity in interesting ways (short out technology, enhance punching, jumping, sprinting power etc.)
Abilities Cindy Moon has that are better than Peter Parker (but I doubt better than Peter Parker after the Other):
- Can create webs from fingertips of all five fingers of both hands (not limited to only the wrists of both hands meaning while Peter Parker can create only two webs at a time, Cindy Moon can make ten at a time). note; mc of the story will be able to create webs from both fingertips and wrists.
- Cindy's webs are stronger and more manipulable. She can do more with her webs than others.
- Cindy is physically faster than Peter Parker and Miles (not sure on the Miles part, he can enhance his speed with his bio-electricity)
- Cindy's arachnofrequency is greater/faster than others. Described by her when compared to Peter's as a web that stretches far further than Peter's allowing her to sense what touches the web before others do making her react faster and before others do.
Note:
I was re-reading a story about spider-man and how similar to him batman is the author pointed out.
From tragedy they were born, both lost people important to them and that made them become heroes. Even if one did it for vengeance to find the parents killer and the other did it out of guilt and responsibility. Other differences are their personalities (one is an extreme emo brooding vengeance speech giving pain server and the other is a fun loving wise cracking pun-intentional all about great responsibility guy) and the fact that one is always rich while the other is dirt poor (even though with his intelligence, he can remedy that situation).
Their villains are similar e.g. Joker and Green Goblin, Clayface and Sandman, Catwoman and Black Cat etc.
So i thought, why not an actual story about Batman with spider-totem powers and armed with knowledge on friends and foes. Batman with arachnofrequency (spidey-sense) would be a martial arts monster that even Lady Shiva would not defeat.
And with Peter Parker's genius, he could take Wayne Industries to new heights, cure Harley Quinn, Joker, Cheetah, Clayface, killer Croc etc. and many more unfortunate people that Batman promised help but didn't know how to.
Unlike most DC stories, this one would have a happy ending. Lord knows, Batman and Spider-Man need a W.
