Your Guiding Hand waited patiently by a large circular table. It was time for the meeting. No new wandering bosses had been declared by the Oracle, however two were yet to be reserved. With new information being found it was finally time to share.
In order to prevent an unfair sharing of information, part of the agreement was to not disclose any key information until the meeting. This had two purposes. First, to ensure the information was reliable over longer periods of time. Second, to ensure every participating Sect and member is aware of it.
The only exclusion to this rule was previously agreed reservations. If two Sects openly reserved the same wandering boss, they were free to share the information between each other. Another party wasn't to get involved. This was why Your Guiding Hand hadn't shared the information regarding the location of All Reaching Dragon, and Blood Crazed Calamity.
