"Gourmet Beast!"
Many chefs called out in unison, and the name echoed throughout the competition arena.
"Is this the Gourmet Beast?!"
"Wow!"
"I've only heard of its name before, even though I've tasted dishes made from 'Gourmet Beast Meat.' But to actually see a living one? This is really rare!"
Many gourmands' eyes sparkled with excitement.
Inside the cage was a big pig weighing over a hundred kilograms.
To call it a big pig didn't seem right, though; it had the head of a pig, but its body resembled a spotted cow—huge, fat, and entirely mismatched with its porcine head. What was even more bizarre was the pair of bald wings extending from the creature's back.
A strange sight to behold.
With elements of a cow, a pig, and a bird, it had been dubbed "Gourmet Beast" by the Gourmet Hunters who discovered it, and the name had stuck ever since.
