Caught off guard, Phoenix went limp all of a sudden. Luo Ziling didn't take further advantage of her but instead sagged and fell onto the bed, lying side by side with Lin Lan. He then patted Lin Lan's cheek and said huffily, "Stop pretending to be asleep. Feels good watching me harass your leader, doesn't it?"
Lin Lan suddenly opened her eyes and glared at Luo Ziling with resentment.
Lin Lan had indeed woken up already, and she did so right after Luo Ziling plopped down.
While Luo Ziling was teasing Phoenix, she heard the whole process but felt too embarrassed to open her eyes.
She was afraid that Phoenix, in a fit of rage, would go berserk and give Luo Ziling a severe beating.
If that happened, things would become awkward, so she had to keep on feigning sleep.
Unexpectedly, she was caught out by Luo Ziling, which made her even more embarrassed.
But she couldn't pretend to sleep any longer and had to open her eyes.
