This city looked no different from other cities, but for some people, it was quite exceptional.

The heavy mechanical door opened, and in strode a girl in uniform, sporting dual red ponytails, and sucking on a lollipop, her eyes sharp yet serious.
"What's up, Rion? Is there a problem?"
What appeared to be a middle school-aged girl was named Kotori Gokawa, and she was the Commander of the warship "Phylaxis." This warship belonged to an organization called "Ratastok," which, like DEM and AST, was established to deal with Elves. However, Ratastok's philosophy was somewhat more lenient compared to the former, which sought to eliminate Elves through force. Ratastok didn't advocate hostility towards Elves; instead, it operated on principles of engaging in exchanges and co-existing peacefully with them.
