"Do you plan on just strolling with me by the roadside?"
After the two had walked for about ten minutes, Yang Jinxia cocked her head to gaze at him, her soft hair falling with the movement.
Chen Xu patted the lamppost beside them and asked, "Then where would you like to go?"
"That should be my question to you. This is your hometown, not mine."
Chen Xu said, "After starting university, I've only come back once or twice a year, and I seldom went out. So many years have passed, and this place has changed too much. I don't recognize many of the streets."
Yang Jinxia said, "There is one place you definitely won't forget how to get to."
"Which place?"
"Your alma mater."
Chen Xu hesitated a bit, "It's quite far from here."
The smile on Yang Jinxia's face was tender, "We can walk slowly."
Suddenly, Chen Xu pulled her to one side as a bicycle nearly collided with her, ridden by a student who looked back, apologized, and quickly disappeared around the corner.
