"It is just.." Lluvia started to hesitate. Thinking it was time to talk to someone higher about it, she pulled her mother and father back to her apartment where it was safer. "Do not get upset." She then explained all that has happened.
"You are quite frankly my daughter.. stupid. What are you going to do if he finds out they are all at risk? Finds off if you are at risk?"
"I know him enough. He will be angry but he will understand." Lluvia said with her head held low. "I hope."
"I will help as I can. But know this." She lifted her daughter's head up and stared at her. "The gamble with the others only worked slightly. The new Users are nothing like the old. They have numbers and little to no morality. A few Operators have already died from the little Sociopath Indigo forces." Lluvia trembled with rage at that. " Do not worry they're souls have been extinguished and returned to the world of Users. For their crimes, they can live as vegetables."
"What about the Operators that died, can we save them somehow?" Lluvia asked hopefully. "I mean Azul did provide a lot of information to help."
"Splendid. Absolutely splendid" A Gold Rift opened and out walked the Old One. "Concerned for other operators as always. I am very grateful for that. There is a way to fix that. However, it will cause great pain to your User. Will you do it?"
"Haa, better not be trying to get my daughter sent to Rift's prison Old One. Or we will problems." The Trickster's eyes glowed dangerously looking at the senior Avatar. 'I will kill him if I must!' His thought were almost readable, but the Old One dismissed as a father's worry.
Lluvia looked at her mother who said nothing but held her daughter tighter. She looked at her Father who was willing to break protocol.
"I... I will. I will explain to him and see what he wants to do. I cant force him or trick him." Lluvia said to the Old One.
"Good, good." The Old One mumbled.
"You just have to get him to experience a feelign of absolute sorrow and anger. That is all." The Old One opened his hands showing a fragment of Azul's soul.
"That.. did you take it from a World?" Lluvia asked. The Trickster said nothing since he did something like that to Azul himself.
"I did. A while back when he connected to all the version's of himself by accident. I grabbed one that felt lost. It went through a lot more than the others." The Old One's eye became sad. His eyes containing sorrow he didnt want to share with anyone. "Give this to him as the reward if he accepts. Also, get him to use the pink pull at the same time. They will react in a way that I cant even begin to explain." With that said, he was gone.
"Be careful daughter," The Trickster said. "The old System persona's are generally neutral. If he has an interest in Azul, then that means trouble is brewing in the future. And he has close ties with Galtea. Treating her almost like his own grandchild."
"I will father. I will." Lluvia said moving her hand over the soul fragment. With her bond, she could check what the soul experienced. She didnt see her mother leave. "I want to check it.. but.. something feels sick about it. Why does it feel so .. lost and in pain? I can feel the traces of Chun-Li as well.

A few days later Mass Effect Earth-
.
Azul was at his place on Earth. The same as most places it was linked with his Nether World still. He was relaxing enjoying a fine morning. A night with Lettie who ambushed him after he had left the Citadel. He looked in the bedroom to still see her sleeping happily. A few others had stopped by the talk and hangout. One, in particular, he was currently talking to.
"Are you happy?" Azul poured a drink as he asked.
"Yes, I am!" Jaina beamed a radiant smile. "Arthus may be upset, but no matter. The Lich King is sealed in my World. Thank you again for taking over the position."
"It is fine. It also gave me a lot more power so their is that. Taking my time to seal and to direct those undead is definitely making it easier to control. I am sealed away in two places now. If not more."
"The sword does look good with you. You also ripped all the power out of the crown." Jaina sipped the drink happy as can be. Her World would be safe for a while more. A few years till other problems pop up. But nothing she couldnt handle. Peace between the Alliance and Horde was troublesome but not impossible. Especially with everything that Azul provided her with.
"I rather use it to defend the Citadel. Your one to talk though. You ate the bloody dragons soul. I assume you were going to wait till Deathwing appeared to rob him of his own." He smirked looking at Lettie sleeping on the couch naked. She had moved from the bedroom hearing voices. Seeing it was Jaina, she plopped down on the couch. "Letting Tietra and Lettie go and kill him was something else. Glad that went over well."
"No way!" Jaina denied adamantly. "Sindragosa was perfect for me. In fact, more than enough. I wanted to kill the dragon Maylgos but it proved to be sane when we met. That arcane power would have been fantastic. But oh well. There is much more magic in my "World" for grabs."
"That is good." Azul moved around the kitchen island and handed her a Pull. "One of the Rewards I earned while fighting there. You deserve it." It was a High Pull. Moving back behind the counter he continued to cook a meal for them. Kasumi came and sat next to Jaina.
'Nice reward. What're you going to use it with?' Kasumi gave here tap on her arm activating the telepathic link.
'I don't know. I have a few he has given me already. Just can't believe he is stockpiling them so much. Is he that worried about the future?' Jaina responded politely.
'That and he wants us all to be happy. You could always sell it to the shop and get points. It seems like a waste though.'
'Yeah it does.' Jaina agreed. They talked for a little more before breaking the link to eat the meal. 'I know what I want to do with them now. I just hope it works. I will ask Lluvia and Alita later.'
.
Later-
.
"Are you sure about this?" Alita asked for the third time.
"Yes. I am sure." Jaina had her mind made up already.
"There is no turning back once started." Lluvia cut in.
"Do it."
System: Jaina Menethill removing all blocks and suppression you have for User.
"Complete isolation from Users' influence and power." Hilda said calmly.
System: Jaina Menethill has accepted all conditions.
Systems: X-Pull x2, High Pull x9 Med pullx14 Common pullx2342 Weapon pullx32 Armor pullx43
"Oh shit that's a lot of power!" Jaina shrieked as the power poured into her. The vast amount of soul shards generating causing her to blink wildly. The resistance, she felt from Sindragosa and the crown vanished completely. They were snuffed out as her soul grew in strength. "This has to work!"
System: Targets all confirmed.. removing Jaina Proudmoore from the Entire System database. All have now integrated, conditions all met. Jaina Proudmoore is no longer able to be pulled from any location. Possible to become a Follower still.
"How do you feel?" Hilda asked first.
"Powerful and experienced." Jaina clinched her fingers as everything calmed down. "Dammit!"
"What is wrong?"
"Azul!" Jaina stood up. "Go ahead and release the hold."
"Are you sure?" Lluvia asked weirded out.
"Yes!"
"Ok, better not do anything stupid." Hilda shrugged. Her eyes boring into the woman.
System: Reconnecting to User.
"Ugh, that basted." Jaina cursed again.
"Tell us already!" Lluvia cried out.
System: Eternal Bond formed with Jaina Menethill.
"Ehh!" Lluvia and Jaina said at the same time.
"Ahahah!" Hilda started laughing.
"Hilda couldnt help herself." Zelda covered for her other half.
"Do not tell him. The System is hiding at my request." Jaina said sourly.
"Why hide it?"
"Because of what it represents."
"Come again?"
"She had the pulls used to boost her soul. Each one was several lifetimes technically mixed in. That also Pulled the other her from higher up Worlds/. The number of points needed to make sure she won the power stuggle had to be something else." Hilda wiped a tear from her eye.
"You're partially right. A total of 997 times actually. That is what the set ups were. Books, anime, movie Worlds for the parameters." Jaina clutched her arm in pain.
"Why? " Alita asked amazed at the mortal. 'To go so far. What did she gain from this?'
"I had to know what would be something he couldn't tolerate." Jaina said through gritted teeth.
"Oh, what was it?" Hilda asked.
"Her death." Jaina pointed at Lluvia. "For Alita, it is because she is a dragon he can. Her dying in battle is something he can respect. He knows it is something she would want." She looked at Zelda and Hilda not wanting to say more about the two specifically.
"That is true. Glad he gets me." Alita smiled as her tail came out wagging. "Wait, what about for Lluvia?"
"He cannot tolerate it. In every way it happens. He refuses. He has gone to terrible paths to get her back. They're scary." Jaina shuddered a bit at remembering. "It is envious. It is the only time he killed me as well. Which makes me feel a lot better about our friendship."
"What?" Lluvia asked.
"He killed me. No matter how much anyone persuades, he did it for you. Despite the punishments. You may want to be careful." Jaina's tone was hard and slightly cold. "You can push him to rebellion. You are not the only one. A few others cause it to. But you... Let's just say the Everchosen of Chaos shines brightly for you and the Thessia sisters. For Hilda and Lettie.."
She couldn't finish after thinking about it.
"I.. Have to go." She looked at a screen then Lluvia disappeared.
"Was it something I said." Jaina said wrly.
"Yes. Did you have it set up for him to be loyal to you?" Alita probed for more info.
"Yes, I did. Why?"
"Then he should not have been able to kill you then. Not with the boost to your soul strength. And the awakening of his Prime Soul. A partial soul piece should not have that strength."
"Ah, OK." Jaina was thinking it over again. 'I should really brush up on that magic tree again.
"You do not understand. He bypassed Administration law In doing so. Lluvia is most likely going to talk to her father about it. Most likely the reason the System is hiding the bond you formed."
"Heheehe did I screw up?" Jaina asked with a little cheek.
"No. It is a screw-up that works in our favor. Defiantly interesting." Alita was referring to the benefits Azul would receive from doing so. It proved something in his Soul was worth taking risks for. "So tell me about your lover Arthas?"
"My lover?"
"Yeah didn't you get a Love pulls? Figured you would use it on him or is their another."
"Huh, I used it on my self." Jaina shook her head clarifying. "I mean we did get married but it was just a young crush really. I do not think he loves like I thought he would."
"Oh... So wait. What happens when you did?" Hilda asked as Zelda just listened intently.
"I was able to make peace with my self. I took out my self-doubt. It was liberating." Jaina's peaceful demeanor was something to look at. He rmagic looked pure under control.
"Uh-huh." Alita walked up to her and gave her pat on the back. "Just don't become a cat lady. Find someone to spend eternity with. Or a few centuries."
"Right." Her reply was curt.
"I am gonna go. Let you relax and decompress." Zelda rifted out. The others following with. They had a few things to think about.
'She is gone now.' Jaina thought out freely. A golden rift appeared with Galtana walking through. "Ready for the memories?"
"Yes." Galtana extended her hand and touched Jaina's forehead. It took only a second to access everything. "That was fast."
"Haa," Galtana let out a heavy sigh of frustration. "That foolish daughter of mine. She will ruin her life again. I cannot help her in any way. Not after last time. What to do?"
"I can help maybe?" Jaina asked slightly puzzled. "Or maybe not."
"Do one thing for me. Try to remain her friend. And neutral to everything that will happen." Galtana couldn't get over the other version of Azul and her daughter. They were so happy. So in love and she was a grandmother. But that all would dissapear if her daughter continues on her path. I must tell her father to try and intervene!'
"Sounds bad. But ok."
"Thank you. I will not forget this." Galtana left in a Rift quickly.
"Well, that was something. All that's left is for me to digest all of this. I can't believe I can make real guns now in less than a micro second. Totally worth it." Jaina smiled happily as she walked through a White Rift. The things she could do now would change her World completely. She just needed to gain some more levels.
